Congress 2014 Registration
Welcome to the USI Congress 2014 Registration System
Each Member Organisation (MO) is assigned delegate spaces according to the number of students in membership at each MO for which affiliation fees have been paid. The list of delegate entitlements is in the ‘Terms and Conditions’ tab.
Registration for USI Congress is open only to Delegation Leaders – who are normally President of their Students’ Union.
Note that Delegate Entitlements presented here are FINAL for those MOs who have paid their affiliation fees in full and PROVISIONAL for MOs not having paid affiliation fees in full.
USI Congress registration determines how many delegates and observers will attend Congress. This is necessary to determine rooming needs for the event.
CR1 is a mandatory process and must be completed by all MOs intending to attend USI Congress 2014 by 12pm (midday) on Monday 10 March 2014.
Delegate rate: €270 per person
Observer rate: €270 per person
Late registrations will have an additional charge of €30 per delegate applied.

As soon as Initial Registration has completed, the Registration of Delegates (CR2) will commence here. Delegate Leaders will be contacted when the Registration of Delegates opens.

The total number of delegates each MO may bring to USI Congress is calculated below. Each delegation may also bring a maximum of two observers.

In respect of a Member Organisation for which affiliation fees have either not been paid or have been partially paid a Member Organisation shall have the delegate entitlements, if any, as recommended by Finance Committee (having considered the circumstances of the Member Organisation) and as approved by National Council, provided always that such entitlement shall not exceed the entitlement of the Member Organisation on the basis of their number of ordinary members for whom affiliation fees would otherwise have been paid.
