The Union of Students Ireland with the support of the National Forum for the Enhancement of Teaching and Learning in Higher Education today held an online webinar on ‘Supporting Wellbeing in Practice’ across the sector.
This was very exciting research project, beginning in January 2021, that examined the practice of embedding wellbeing in the curriculum in higher education in Ireland. The project set out to capture how wellbeing is currently being embedded in the curricula of higher education institutions nationally and internationally and identify features of good practice. The research has culminated in a report completed by Dr Jessica Surdey and Dr Deirdre Byrne which discusses the key insights gained from the study and exemplars of good practice identified.
This report was launched at the event and can be viewed and downloaded below.
