The Union of Students in Ireland will launch its pre-budget submission later today in Buswells Hotel,Dublin. The focus of the submission will be on the most vulnerable in third students level education. Speaking in advance of the launch, USI President Kevin Donoghue said: “Successive austerity budgets have had a severe impact on students and their families.
