The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) launched a public consultation yesterday 27th August on its three year strategy. The Mature Students Convention is open to all mature students in Ireland. The convention will include a number of workshops that are specifically tailored to meet the needs of mature students. The purpose of the convention is two fold. First, it is intended to provide mature students with vital information and skills which will help them to lead a fulfilling and successful time in college. Second, the convention will give mature students the opportunity to network with others from all over the country. The convention will cost €10 per attendee.
